We had quite a bit of fun with a hailstorm today. Logan and Derek were playing outside and luckily came in right before hail started coming down and bouncing off the grass. Of course, Mitchell, David and Colton thought it would be fun to go stand out in the yard and see how long it would take for a hailstone to hit them. Derek and Logan were trying to dart out and stand in the yard, but they would get spooked and run back to the cover of the patio. The hail stopped pretty quickly and David picked up several of the larger ones to show those of us who stayed inside. Derek and Logan picked several of their own out of the grass and popped them in their mouths. Ugh. No amount of persuading would get them to stop. I guess since there isn't a whole lot of pollution around Dallas, it won't hurt them!
